It’s so easy to fall into the world that Ginny Baird has created in the Christmas Town series. I loved this second story in the series as much as the first. Sandy is a funny, charming character – even if she might have waited too long to tell Ben absolutely everything about herself. The residents of Christmas Town once again make appearances making this small town come alive with hope, love and Christmas magical events. Lily is adorable and the bond she and Sandy share is so precious. Ben and Sandy fit well, and I ached over Sandy’s dilemma in telling him her truth.
Once again I was captured by the whimsy of these stories, the feeling of stepping back into my childhood and simply believing in Christmas magic again… as an adult. I’d strongly recommend A Mommy For Christmas to any reader who loves the charm and magical touches of the Christmas season. You’ll be caught up in a really good romance, lively secondary characters and a couple that work so well together and deserve their happy ever after ending.

Love the series so far! Starting book 3..
Enjoyed very much, very nice to read something family oriented
It was an enjoyable read during the holidays! I love that the main characters run throughout the series and I look forward to see what the other book have in store. It is a welcome change of pace from my usual WWII reading list.
I love all things Christmas and A Mommy for Christmas is no exception. Ginny Baird has done it again, I enjoyed everything about Ben and Sandy's story, including the twists and turns about who Sandy is and the magic created by the Virgina Cookies. I am very much looking forward to the next book in the series!!
I have fallen in love with Christmas town & its residents. Book 2 was better than. Can't wait to see if book 3 gets better than book 2.
Ben is Hannah's brother who comes to Christmas Town with his daughter for his sister's wedding. Same thing that annoyed me in book one bothers me in book two. The town is a bunch of nosy busy bodies and it got on my nerves. Especially the mayor. The thing with the cookies was not even interesting or exciting.
Ben lost his wife in an accident and never thought he could love again. His sister Hannah went on her honeymoon leaving Ben and his daughter Lily to take care of her kittens. Ben ran into Sandy and all things changed in Ben's heart, however, he had to accept Sandy's abilities. Can he or will he just walk away?
You may want to read Ginny Baird's first book The Christmas Cookie Shop to know about the town called Christmas Town. Both books are great for this time of year. Merry Christmas!
